People Operations & Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly engagement surveys, eNPS, and new joiner check-ins
• Design and coordinate the group-wide engagement calendar, including social, learning, and cultural events
• Oversee learning and development programs, matching training to specific team needs
• Create talent-facing events such as showcases and internships to build candidate networks
• Manage internal and external storytelling through newsletters and LinkedIn presence
• Monitor and report on retention, enablement, and satisfaction metrics to leadership

Requirements

• Genuine understanding of group dynamics and team engagement
• Ability to design effective engagement formats for both technical and commercial teams
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting survey data
• Strong written communication skills for newsletters and campaigns
• Comfortable presenting to founders and leadership
• Ability to work with an open brief and build playbooks from scratch
