People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers
• Manage biweekly payroll processing and administration using AI tools for efficiency
• Support performance management processes and employee relations casework
• Serve as a People Ops advisor to managers and directors across the organization
• Administer and configure HRIS, ATS, and other People Ops systems
• Identify and fix process gaps to ensure scalability as the company grows
• Cross-train in onboarding, offboarding, and records management

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in People Operations/HR with direct ownership of Talent Acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into recruiting or HR workflows
• Track record of reducing time-to-fill and improving requisition throughput
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR credential
• Hands-on administration experience with Greenhouse, HiBob, or similar platforms
• Payroll processing experience with ADP or comparable platforms
• Experience building recruiting functions or systems from scratch
• Background in lean or rapidly scaling organizations
• Experience with compensation management, benchmarking, and pay bands
