Responsibilities
- Manage core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters
- Administer the company's performance management program and employee development
- Manage recruiting operations from requisition through onboarding
- Partner with brokers and PEO to ensure smooth administration of employee benefits
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Administer annual compensation reviews and bonus processes
- Prepare HR reports, compensation analyses, and workforce metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience
- Experience supporting organizations with 50+ employees in high-growth environments
- Healthcare experience preferred, specifically with PC and MSO structures
- Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Gusto) and PEO partnerships (e.g., Prestige)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Experience supporting fully distributed, multi-state teams
- Experience in high-growth startups or digital healthcare organizations
