People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support effective, consistent service delivery across the employee lifecycle
• Review and enhance processes, policies, and systems across MENA
• Act as an escalation point for complex People Operations queries
• Coordinate with external vendors to support global employment and talent transfers
• Support visa compliance and Right to Work checks
• Produce accurate, timely People data and reporting
• Act as a Workday champion across the region
• Support employee understanding and uptake of benefits
• Coordinate monthly payroll submissions

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering People Operations support in complex environments
• Experience contributing to multi-stakeholder projects
• Working understanding of UAE employment and immigration frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Solutions-focused approach to employee and manager support
• Analytical thinking and comfort working with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
