People Partner Trainee - Emiratisation

Responsibilities

• Support coordination between Talent Acquisition, People Partners and line managers during recruitment
• Assist with onboarding new joiners and follow-up activities
• Participate in store visits and employee check-ins to understand the employee experience
• Build relationships with UAE National associates and trainees to gather feedback
• Maintain trainee progress records and support Nationalization initiatives
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and communication with UAE National representatives
• Consolidate data and prepare simple reports and presentations
• Coordinate with various People teams including L&D and HR Operations

Requirements

• UAE National with a Family Book
• Genuine interest in Human Resources and People & Culture
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Approachable personality and positive energy
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships with employees and managers
• Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfort working with trackers and basic reporting
• Willingness to spend time in both stores and offices
