About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for PeopleSoft applications, including incident and ticket resolution
- Handle maintenance and support activities, including applying Oracle certificates, PeopleSoft (PS) and CPU patch updates
- Administer and troubleshoot Application Servers, Process Schedulers, and Web Server Domains
- Configure and manage Elasticsearch, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Use Change Assistant (CA) for applying Oracle delivered bug fixes
- Perform performance tuning of application, web, and process scheduler servers
- Conduct PeopleSoft debugging, tracing, and troubleshooting
- Support Oracle database backup management and assist with performance tuning
- Manage and support Integration Broker and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Setup and configure clustering, load balancing and failover for PeopleSoft servers
- Perform PS Environment refreshes, including file servers and recreation of domains
- Work with technical teams on impact analysis for patches and development issues
- Perform regular health checks and generate security access reports
- Create and maintain environment catalogs and documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience with PeopleTools 8.59
- Basic knowledge of database administration skills
- Experience with STAT tool for project migrations
- Proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing tools
- Basic knowledge of Azure cloud and Azure SSO
