About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Group-wide KPI, scorecard and performance reporting framework
- Define KPIs, calculation methods, data owners and reporting frequency with business leaders
- Consolidate and analyse performance data; prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards
- Track results against targets, budgets and prior periods; identify trends and risks
- Coordinate performance reviews and follow up on corrective action plans
- Define data validation processes and improve KPI reporting tools with IT
- Train KPI owners on reporting requirements and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience managing KPIs or business performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in performance management or business analytics
