About the role
Responsibilities
- Launch, run, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Manage ad accounts and handle policy and moderation risks in restricted verticals
- Build and run creative and audience tests
- Track performance against targets like CPA, ROAS, and LTV
- Work with creative, product, and analytics teams on funnels and landing pages
Requirements
- Commercial experience running Meta and/or TikTok ads in restricted verticals (adult, iGaming, dating, nutra, crypto, or similar)
- Practical knowledge of handling account bans and moderation
- Confident with tracking and attribution setup (pixels, CAPI, MMPs, UTMs)
- Data-driven approach
- English B1 level or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with creator economy, subscription, or Telegram-based products
- Experience with other traffic sources beyond Meta/TikTok
