Performance Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage campaigns on Meta and Google (Search, Performance Max, Shopping)
• Maintain account hygiene: negative keywords, audience exclusions, budget pacing, bid adjustments
• Plan and run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages
• Brief and rotate ad creatives with the design team
• Track ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate; flag problems the same day
• Maintain tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs
• Deliver a weekly performance report and a monthly review
• Support email campaigns, social content and competitor ad monitoring
• Assist with in-store and event activations when needed

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn performance marketing
• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Clear written English
• Eligible to undertake a paid internship in the UAE
• Exposure to Meta or Google Ads (coursework, freelance, project or certification)
• GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience
• E-commerce or D2C experience
• Basic design skills (Canva, CapCut)
• Interest in pets or pet nutrition

• Shopify experience
