About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the B2B lead generation engine, including strategy, budget, measurement, and execution
- Define and manage the channel roadmap across paid (Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn), organic, and partner channels
- Build and manage a performance measurement system with KPIs for each stage of the lead lifecycle
- Implement structured A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, ad creatives, and targeting
- Own the end-to-end lead funnel from first touch to Sales-qualified opportunity in Salesforce
- Establish a formal Sales and Marketing operating rhythm with defined SLAs and feedback loops
- Manage the lead generation budget with accountability for spend efficiency and ROI
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing or demand generation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent enterprise CRM
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Bing Ads
- Experience with email automation platforms such as Customer.io, HubSpot, or Marketo
- Experience building landing pages for conversion optimization (Instapage, Unbounce, etc.)
- Ability to use workflow automation tools like Zapier or Make
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC market
