About the role
Responsibilities
- Concept, design, edit, and animate assets for social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Translate marketing objectives into engaging creative concepts designed to drive measurable actions
- Analyze creative performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to identify patterns and inform new designs
- Execute full post-production workflows including sound design, VFX, and motion graphics
- Adapt winning creatives into modular variations for A/B testing
- Research competitor creatives and platform trends to inform new concepts
- Use AI tools for image generation, video production, and workflow acceleration
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or performance creative
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and social-first storytelling
- Experience creating paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Figma
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
- High-level written and spoken English
- Relevant design degree is a significant advantage
