About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet revenue growth and cost control objectives
- Develop and manage a sales portfolio aligned with market development strategy
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Execute local marketing activities and monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Manage product mix, pricing, and margins according to targets
- Maintain customer and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools
- Coordinate with team members to achieve common company goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in perimeter protection or related industries
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Capability to forecast and systematically plan business activities
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or Pipedrive
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
