About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Book travel and accommodations
- Manage processes such as visa and driver's license applications
- Organize personal and professional trips
- Manage contact lists and keep online records
- Prepare spreadsheets and organize calendars
- Perform basic market research and create presentations
- Address partner administrative queries
Requirements
- Current and previous PA or Virtual Assistant experience
- Over three years of experience in a Virtual Assistant role
- Native fluency in Arabic and English
- Familiarity with workplace technologies including VoIP, online calendars, and desktop sharing
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing programs
- Detailed oriented, structured, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Must possess a PC and reliable internet connection
