About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year
- Prospect in targeted segments via phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Present and sell personal banking products and services ethically
- Conduct micro marketing and kiosk activities
- Handle customer objections and manage payroll transfers
- Ensure end-to-end customer turnaround time (TAT) and quality adherence
- Maintain strict compliance with KYC, FATCA, AML, and CTF policies
- Record sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM
Requirements
- 1 year of sales experience in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of retail banking products, services, and policies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of confidence and persistence
