About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for personal banking products and services
- Prospect targeted segments via phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Conduct micro marketing and kiosk activities
- Handle customer objections to secure sales or payroll transfers
- Ensure end-to-end customer turnaround time (TAT) and quality adherence
- Comply with Bank policies regarding KYC, FATCA, AML CTF, and third-party interactions
- Maintain Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts
- Participate in team huddles, training, and coaching
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products, service policies, and processes
- Strong personality with confidence and persistence
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
