Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning and AI models for behavioral analysis of digital events
• Design and validate A/B experiments and causal inference studies
• Build robust data pipelines ensuring data quality and governance
• Scale ML solutions in distributed environments using Spark and AWS (S3, Glue, EMR)
• Implement tracking and measurement with Snowplow and Google Analytics
• Translate technical results into strategic business actions

Requirements

• Advanced Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow and ML libraries
• Solid experience with Spark for large-scale distributed processing
• Advanced SQL
• Practical experience with AWS data services (Glue, EMR, S3)
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of recommendation systems, generative models and causal inference/experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Pandas and Scikit-learn experience
• Applied statistics and A/B testing
• Deep learning or advanced predictive modeling
• FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Bayesian analysis or causal inference techniques
• Automated data governance at scale
