Responsibilities

• Co-create product vision with the team and contribute technically to strategic decisions
• Develop complex, scalable features using .NET
• Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, refactoring and resolving code conflicts
• Design and implement robust APIs covering multiple integrations, versioning and security
• Diagnose and resolve critical problems in CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and promote continuous improvement of processes and architecture

Requirements

• Strong .NET back-end development focused on performance and maintainability
• Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Git versioning strategies and complex conflict resolution
• Ability to diagnose critical CI/CD pipeline issues
• Designing scalable, secure APIs following OWASP standards
• Applied microservices architecture principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical use of AI tools such as Devin, Copilot and Claude
• Prior product co-creation experience with multidisciplinary teams
• Advanced knowledge of deployment strategies (blue-green, canary)
• Familiarity with integrations across multiple external systems and federated authentication
