Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, secure, scalable backend solutions for core banking systems
• Design, implement and document robust APIs following market best practices
• Contribute to microservices architecture and propose continuous improvements
• Define and improve CI/CD pipelines with end-to-end automation on AWS
• Ensure high test coverage (unit, integration, performance) and code quality
• Lead code reviews and share knowledge within the team

Requirements

• Solid backend experience with Go (Golang)
• AWS resources, especially EKS/Fargate, relational databases, DynamoDB, queues, topics, API Gateway
• Advanced Docker containers and orchestration
• Designing and consuming secure, high-performance RESTful APIs
• Test automation and CI/CD pipeline management
• Observability: logs, metrics and distributed tracing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial systems, payment methods or core banking
• Event-driven architectures with Kafka, SQS or SNS
• API security (OAuth2, rate limiting, advanced validation)
• Deploying highly available, resilient environments on AWS
• Open source contributions in the Go or AWS ecosystem
