Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Java services
• Define technical standards, reusable modules and best practices for multiple teams
• Implement observability, security and automated testing in distributed systems
• Conduct organizational code reviews, critical incident resolution and technical POC validation
• Mentor developers and promote best practices
• Optimize CI/CD, database and messaging integrations for resilience
• Act as technical reference for API, infrastructure and architecture decisions

Requirements

• Advanced Java 11+ with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Spring Data
• Microservices architecture with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS)
• Messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and databases (Postgres, Redis, MongoDB)
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation
• CI/CD troubleshooting (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and advanced Git
• Observability with Prometheus/Grafana and ELK
• Test automation with JUnit, Mockito and JFR profiling
