Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Model data (objects, relationships, record types, layouts, validation rules) aligned with business processes
• Build automations using Flow and Apex, choosing low-code or code per scenario
• Develop and evolve integrations with other systems (REST/SOAP, events, APIs)
• Implement and maintain Lightning (LWC) frontend components integrated with Apex
• Ensure platform security and governance: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, data access
• Write clean, testable code following market patterns (TriggerHandler, Service, Repository)
• Create and maintain automated tests (Apex and Jest)
• Take part in code reviews and propose technical and design improvements
• Mentor less experienced developers on Salesforce best practices

Requirements

• Solid Salesforce configuration experience (custom objects, record types, layouts, formulas, security)
• Mastery of declarative automation with medium/high complexity Flows
• Strong Apex development (OOP, collections, SOQL/SOSL, DML, triggers, async processing)
• Proven REST/SOAP integration experience (callouts, Named Credentials, error handling)
• Deep knowledge of governor limits and optimized solution design
• Practical Lightning Web Components experience, including LWC-Apex integration
• Git, Salesforce deployment flow concepts and basic SFDX usage

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid architecture and design knowledge (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, design patterns)
• Advanced integrations (Streaming API, Platform Events, Bulk API, Graph API)
• Advanced frontend unit testing with Jest
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab) and advanced SFDX usage
• Prior experience as a technical reference, mentoring and defining guidelines
