Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling supplier payment flows and managing the area's budget
• Maintain the Norms Portal, including publishing and updating institutional policies
• Manage institutional and procedural documents and versioning
• Analyze litigation spreadsheets for judicial process contingency
• Collect and organize data for team OKRs
• Create digital forms and propose process integrations
• Manage system accesses and licenses
• Support area projects and the maintenance of information centers
• Contribute to the automation of internal processes
• Collaborate on internal communications and team dynamics

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Law, Technology, or related fields
• Commitment to delivery quality and team goals
• Proactivity to learn and identify process optimization opportunities
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and analytical profile
• Proficiency in Office/G-Suite (spreadsheets, documents, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in process mapping and automation using AI
• Previous experience in Legal Operations, administrative, or financial routines
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday
• Experience with indicators using Power BI or Looker Studio
