About the role
Responsibilities
- Process new and refill prescriptions accurately using e-Prescribing software
- Coordinate with internal and vendor partners to ensure timely medication shipment
- Complete data entry for prescriptions, lab orders and internal tracking
- Investigate and resolve prescription and lab order errors
- Own the relationship with pharmacy partners, including quality review and demand forecasting
Requirements
- 2-3 years in a healthcare operations role
- Awareness of telemedicine regulatory and legal requirements
- Professional communication with healthcare providers and vendors
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn software applications quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pharmacy or lab software and prescribing workflows
- Experience at a telemedicine startup
