Pharmacy Outreach Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists
• Coach team members on calling best practices, conversational techniques, and compliant communication
• Conduct audits of communications in DialPad, TelemetryRX, and Electronic Medical Records
• Establish efficient workflows between outreach, onboarding, and liaison teams
• Manage personnel tasks including ADP, PTO, and time reports
• Collaborate with hospital partners and regional operations teams via quarterly and kick-off calls
• Lead team meetings, create agendas, and maintain detailed record keeping
• Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff
• Report on hiring needs and provide insights for company growth and development

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven record
• Strong phone skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Ability to learn database programs (knowledge of Willow, Qs1, and RX30 is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and private data with discretion and confidentiality
