Pharmacy Sales Executive – Cosmetics & Skincare

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetics, skincare, dermocosmetic, personal care, and beauty products
• Provide professional product recommendations based on customer needs and skin concerns
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and product-specific KPIs
• Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards, and shelf availability
• Monitor stock levels, product expiry dates, and replenishment requirements
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store events
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
• Coordinate with pharmacists, suppliers, and brand representatives to support sales growth

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, Sales, Cosmetics, or Beauty Therapy
• Experience in pharmacy sales, cosmetics sales, skincare sales, or beauty retail
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, cosmetic ingredients, and beauty routines
• Proven customer service, consultation, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and commercially aware mindset
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Experience in the UAE or GCC pharmacy or retail market is an advantage
