Pharmacy Technician (Bilingual)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies via phone, chat, and email
• Resolve inquiries regarding mail order, benefit design, formulary coverage, medication cost, and claims adjudication
• Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and reviewing accuracy against guidelines
• Support clinical pharmacists with patient outreach, appointment scheduling, and clinical program enrollment
• Document all interactions accurately within internal systems for compliance and quality assurance
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and internal knowledge systems to resolve inquiries efficiently

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a health plan, retail pharmacy, TPA, or PBM contact center
• Working knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication, benefit design, and PBM terminology
• Ability to multitask across concurrent phone, chat, and email queues

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Background in mail order or specialty pharmacy
