About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and assess engaging, age-appropriate PE lessons aligned with American curriculum standards
- Manage and maintain PE equipment and facilities while ensuring student safety
- Integrate technology into PE instruction using fitness apps and interactive tools
- Coach school sports teams and lead extracurricular physical activities
- Collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a healthy, active lifestyle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field
- Valid teaching license/certification in Physical Education (K-12)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of full-time teaching experience in an educational setting
- Demonstrated experience teaching the American curriculum, preferably in an international school
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to meet ADEK professional licensing and qualification requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant educational field
- Experience coaching school sports teams
