Responsibilities

  • Review and validate AI-generated research questions and outputs in quantum information theory
  • Assess scientific meaningfulness, tractability, and novelty of candidate questions
  • Evaluate Dynamic Research Objects for internal consistency, mathematical soundness, and literature grounding
  • Identify errors, gaps, and weaknesses in the AI Physicist's reasoning and workflow
  • Help refine ranking criteria and evaluation standards for autonomous scientific systems

Requirements

  • Strong background in quantum information theory, QEC, or closely related areas
  • Solid theoretical and mathematical foundation in physics
  • Late-stage PhD student, postdoctoral researcher, early-career faculty, or industry researcher
  • Comfort engaging with exploratory and incomplete research results
  • Intellectual honesty and appropriate skepticism toward AI-assisted research
