About the role
Responsibilities
- Measure tool usage, adoption, cost and satisfaction for corporate tools
- Generate usage and cost data supporting vendor renewals
- Analyze volume, cycle time, SLA and bottlenecks in Service Management flows
- Conduct end-to-end studies with opportunity sizing and business cases
- Build and maintain layered data models with documentation and single metric definitions
- Create executive and operational dashboards tied to decisions
- Automate recurring data collection with SQL and Python
Requirements
- Analytics and data products that drove decisions
- Advanced SQL and cloud data platform experience (Databricks, BigQuery)
- Dashboard creation for executive and operational audiences
- Strategic communication of complex topics
- Critical thinking on metrics and data limitations
- Data privacy care: LGPD, anonymization, access control
Preferred Qualifications
- Python for exploratory analysis and automation
- ITSM data experience (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
- People analytics or HR data
- Product and discovery background
