Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational leadership across the platform including leading acquisition integration
- Partner with business owners to support day-to-day operations and platform-wide scaling initiatives
- Help define and execute a shared integration and operational playbook
- Support the evaluation, selection, and rollout of core business systems, including ERP
- Bring structure and clarity to processes, reporting, and performance management
- Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on strategy and operational decisions
Requirements
- MBA from a top program
- Experience in entrepreneurship, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth operations
- Strong financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis skills
- Proven ability to lead projects from ideation to execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
