Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on operational leadership across the platform including leading acquisition integration
  • Partner with business owners to support day-to-day operations and platform-wide scaling initiatives
  • Help define and execute a shared integration and operational playbook
  • Support the evaluation, selection, and rollout of core business systems, including ERP
  • Bring structure and clarity to processes, reporting, and performance management
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on strategy and operational decisions

Requirements

  • MBA from a top program
  • Experience in entrepreneurship, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth operations
  • Strong financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects from ideation to execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
