Plumber

Responsibilities

• Execute all plumbing and associated works to the highest professional standards
• Perform assigned tasks ensuring implementation while working independently
• Control stock and workshop items and order more as required
• Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality
• Maintain strict adherence to the property's environmental protocols regarding water and energy consumption
• Complete daily checklists and attend departmental briefings
• Support team members through training and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Professional qualification in plumbing or related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair operations
• Expertise in mechanical and technical systems relevant to plumbing applications
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Valid certifications or licenses as required by local regulations
