About the Company

CourseCareers is an online education platform that helps people launch new careers without a college degree or prior experience. We work with industry professionals to create job-focused courses that teach practical, employer-aligned skills in technology, business, and the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis
• Answer student questions about plumbing careers and the job search
• Share real-world insight into what entry-level plumbing roles and apprenticeships actually look like
• Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional plumbing experience (residential, commercial, or service work)
• Interest in mentoring and helping career changers enter the trades
• Strong communication and teaching ability
• Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday
• Self-starter mindset
