Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the PMO team
- Ensure effective project planning, monitoring, and execution
- Lead and coordinate the development of winning bids and proposals
- Manage the end-to-end bid process with cross-functional teams
- Drive strategic bid initiatives and manage resources
- Ensure compliance with established processes and deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in PMO support and project management operations
- Proven track record in bid management and proposal development
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and resource management skills
