PMO (Project Management) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and evolve methodologies, rituals, templates, and workflows for project execution
• Build and maintain portfolio dashboards and executive reporting
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives, ensuring alignment of scope, deadlines, and deliverables
• Map, articulate, and monitor technical and operational interdependencies between teams and systems
• Identify bottlenecks, priority conflicts, and deviations, proposing and conducting transversal action plans
• Apply AI to automate reporting, synthesize status and minutes, and generate predictive performance and risk analysis
• Support leadership in portfolio prioritization by making trade-offs between demand, capacity, and deadlines visible

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in strategic PMO structuring and leadership
• Proven experience in high-complexity portfolios with multiple simultaneous fronts
• Practical mastery of scaled agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• Practical use of AI tools for productivity, data analysis, and project management
• Strong analytical profile with the ability to translate technical data into executive recommendations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in high-pressure environments
• Autonomy to influence without formal authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom, digital products, or similar business models
• Certifications in scaled agility (SAFe Agilist, SAFe SPC) or project management (PMP, PMI-ACP)
• Experience configuring and administering corporate portfolio tools (Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Monday)
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or equivalents for building indicators
