About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse the bank's credit risk portfolio across segments, sectors and counterparties
- Prepare credit risk reports and presentations for Senior Management, committees and the Board
- Coordinate and submit credit risk regulatory reports to the CBUAE
- Maintain data quality, reconciliation and reporting controls
- Drive automation and dashboard development for credit risk analytics
Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant banking experience in credit risk or risk reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 9 staging and ECL/provisioning
- Understanding of CBUAE credit risk regulatory requirements
- Advanced SQL, Python or SAS, and Power BI skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written communication for senior-level risk commentary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CBUAE or comparable supervisory interaction
- Experience across Risk, Finance, Business and Technology functions
