Portfolio Assistant Revenue Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for a portfolio of 3 to 4 hotels
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies
• Lead weekly or bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings with data-driven insights
• Develop topline revenue forecasts and identify opportunities for incremental profit
• Conduct regular performance reviews to optimize pricing and inventory
• Mentor and coach junior team members in revenue management practices
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to achieve revenue goals
• Manage reservations and coordinate with the reservations team
• Drive market share and optimize RevPAR using all available systems
• Leverage distribution networks and OTAs to optimize hotel profits
• Maintain data quality and system hygiene for Revenue Management and Distribution applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of PMS, RMS, CRS, channel managers, and OTAs
• Solid analytical and forecasting skills regarding pricing and yield strategies
• Familiarity with digital distribution and online sales channels
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and organized in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in English
