Portfolio Lead and Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation to ensure platform-level spend visibility
• Manage Statements of Work (SoW), vendor onboarding, and resource coordination
• Collaborate with Finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage cost allocations
• Establish standardized delivery frameworks, including JIRA structures and governance cadences
• Run core Agile ceremonies, including platform stand-ups and cross-team delivery syncs
• Produce high-quality executive reporting packs and manage SteerCo deliverables
• Own the end-to-end Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process
• Oversee the full resource lifecycle, including performance management and compliance

Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex operations within a Data, AI, or Cloud Platform environment
• Strong experience in financial forecasting, budget management, and complex cost allocations
• Demonstrated ability to define and enforce delivery frameworks (JIRA, Agile, SteerCo governance)
• Experience partnering with Finance, Treasury, and C-suite executives
• Functional understanding of cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, and associated cost management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within Data & AI delivery cycles and incremental demand nuances
• Experience navigating regulatory and professional landscapes within the UAE market
• Proficiency in JIRA administration and advanced financial modeling tools
