About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pricing, inventory and distribution strategies aligned with brand standards
- Manage forecasting, segmentation, pricing and inventory planning to optimise revenue
- Build partnerships with General Managers, Executive Committees and commercial stakeholders
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities
- Drive commercial initiatives to improve RevPAR, market share and cost of sale
- Lead daily revenue briefings and facilitate weekly and monthly RevMAX meetings
- Conduct post-event and post-period analysis and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Commerce or related discipline
- 3-5 years' experience in Revenue Management, ideally across multiple hotels
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, BI tools and IDeaS RMS proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English plus at least one additional language
Preferred Qualifications
- Two additional languages
