Portfolio Manager – Private Markets

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group's Private Markets sub-portfolio to ensure alignment with investment guidelines and risk limits
• Develop and implement portfolio strategies with a focus on long-term compounding
• Screen for new investment ideas across Private Equity, Private Debt, and Real Assets
• Conduct deep research and analysis of funds, companies, and macro-economic trends
• Draft and present investment materials to the Investment Committee
• Monitor portfolio performance and underlying company developments
• Manage private markets resources and supervise operational functions including investment bank relationships
• Maintain professional relationships within the investment community, including fund managers and regulators
• Measure and manage risks within the context of broader Group asset allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree combined with an MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting
• 10+ years of work experience in private markets investments
• Hands-on experience with fundamental analysis, due diligence, and corporate valuation

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA certification
