About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies for a portfolio of hotels
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory
- Drive growth of Revenue and Net Profit through Revenue Management tools
- Participate in business plan actions to achieve revenue goals
- Coordinate promotions and merchandising opportunities
- Ensure inventory availability to specific markets at optimal prices and timing
- Manage service for negotiated deals across relevant channels
- Ensure rate competitiveness and Best Rate Guarantee through distribution channel control
- Analyze weekly reports and communicate trends to Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams
- Participate in weekly Strategy Meetings to provide forecasts based on market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Reservations Management experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Revenue Analytics/Strategy experience highly preferred
- Experience with Opera (PMS and S&C)
- Hospitality industry experience highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English
