Portfolio Revenue Manager

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and profitability across diverse portfolios of Hotels and Multifamily Buildings
• Create new revenue initiatives and develop cutting-edge pricing programs
• Implement targeted yield management strategies
• Design yield strategies to forecast competitive set RevPAR Change for 90-120 days
• Set weekly goals and pivot strategies to achieve positive RevPAR Index Change
• Create and distribute weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio pickup and financial forecasts
• Conduct forecasting processes to ensure accuracy within +/- 3% of actuals
• Drive Length-Of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to increase Net Revenue and Operating Profit

Requirements

• Experience driving revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines
• Proven ability to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage large volumes of data
• Proficiency with revenue management systems and property management systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Track record of formulating and implementing successful revenue strategies
