About the role
Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue and profitability across diverse portfolios of Hotels and Multifamily Buildings
- Create new revenue initiatives and develop cutting-edge pricing programs
- Implement targeted yield management strategies
- Design yield strategies to forecast competitive set RevPAR Change for 90-120 days
- Set weekly goals and pivot strategies to achieve positive RevPAR Index Change
- Create and distribute weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio pickup and financial forecasts
- Conduct forecasting processes to ensure accuracy within +/- 3% of actuals
- Drive Length-Of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to increase Net Revenue and Operating Profit
Requirements
- Experience driving revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage large volumes of data
- Proficiency with revenue management systems and property management systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Track record of formulating and implementing successful revenue strategies
