About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse market intelligence to support revenue strategies
- Monitor transient and group booking pace to inform pricing and inventory decisions
- Maintain rate integrity across distribution channels and pricing policies
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for Portfolio Managers
- Analyse performance, demand and competitive set data to identify revenue opportunities
- Monitor OTA, GDS and market intelligence sources for commercial insights
- Prepare reports, meeting packs and action plans, and follow up with hotels
- Coordinate system issues and support tickets as liaison with RMS support teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, data science or related field
- Strong analytical background with commercial acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tool proficiency
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, VBA, AI applications and big data analytics
- Revenue management, pricing or distribution experience in hospitality
