Portfolio Specialist, Centre of Revenue Intelligence, MEA APAC

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse market intelligence to support revenue strategies
• Monitor transient and group booking pace to inform pricing and inventory decisions
• Maintain rate integrity across distribution channels and pricing policies
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for Portfolio Managers
• Analyse performance, demand and competitive set data to identify revenue opportunities
• Monitor OTA, GDS and market intelligence sources for commercial insights
• Prepare reports, meeting packs and action plans, and follow up with hotels
• Coordinate system issues and support tickets as liaison with RMS support teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, data science or related field
• Strong analytical background with commercial acumen
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tool proficiency
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, VBA, AI applications and big data analytics
• Revenue management, pricing or distribution experience in hospitality
