About the Company

Mate academy is an EdTech company with an AI-powered LMS platform where people master IT professions from scratch. We are actively growing in Ukraine, Poland, and Brazil, and our international expansion is gaining momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Check homework assignments for Marketing course students
  • Answer student questions via chat and video calls
  • Conduct mock technical interviews for students
  • Propose ideas for improving the learning process

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commercial experience as a PPC Specialist or User Acquisition Manager
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or GA4
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan time effectively and manage a self-organized schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with market research, customer persona development, Points of Differentiation, and Value Proposition development
