Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated PR, influencer, and event strategies across the GCC region.
  • Identify emerging cultural trends and social conversations relevant to regional audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, creators, talent managers, and media personalities.
  • Manage external PR and event agencies, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Oversee campaign execution, tracking KPIs, budget utilization, and ROI using tools like CreatorIQ.
  • Develop and execute influencer events, brand experiences, and community activations.
  • Partner with marketing, social media, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, communications, events, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience managing agencies and external partners.
  • Strong experience working across GCC markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Demonstrated success leading influencer and creator marketing programs at scale.
  • Experience using CreatorIQ or equivalent influencer marketing platforms.
  • Extensive network of media and influencer contacts in the Middle East.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Saudi cultural dynamics and the regional media landscape.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Strong business acumen and project management capabilities.
