Responsibilities
- Support the team in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, press, and PR agencies
- Provide general administrative support including organizing influencer-related data and managing the PR closet
- Research and identify influencers who align with brand values and target audience
- Support outreach, scheduling collaborations, and maintaining timely communication
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, tracking deliverables, timelines, and results
- Monitor content across media and social media platforms
- Assist at PR events, activations, and influencer trips
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with influencer trends and the beauty space
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
