About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for health and lifestyle PR clients and the healthcare team
- Manage client relationships as primary point of contact and ensure high-quality delivery
- Develop PR strategies and oversee campaigns including media relations, thought leadership and crisis communications
- Own account health, retention and expansion plays across the existing client book
- Build a productized healthcare service offering using the Interviewed platform
- Win new healthcare clients with the new business team
Requirements
- 15+ years in healthcare communications or healthcare PR
- Senior leadership experience leading teams and owning practice-level outcomes
- Specialty depth in at least three healthcare areas such as regulatory, biotech, medical devices or digital health
- Track record of measurable client retention and expansion
- Strong network of healthcare media contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
