About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for healthcare and lifestyle PR practice
- Own client management, retention and expansion across the existing client book
- Develop PR strategies, campaigns, media relations and thought leadership for clients
- Lead, coach and develop the healthcare PR team
- Build a productized healthcare service offering on the Interviewed platform
- Win new healthcare clients with the new business team
Requirements
- 15+ years of public relations experience, focused on healthcare
- Specialty depth in at least three healthcare areas such as pharma, medical devices or digital health
- Proven, measurable client retention and expansion track record
- Strong senior leadership and team management skills
- Extensive healthcare media network
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfort with AI-driven workflows and data-driven earned media
- Experience with healthcare regulatory and KOL communications
