About the role
Responsibilities
- Process incoming patient referrals and enter them accurately into patient management systems
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Maintain accurate patient records across EHR and practice management systems
- Support billing-related administrative tasks and resolve coverage issues
- Provide administrative support to clinical and operations teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years in healthcare administration, insurance verification, RCM, or practice operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort with EHR and practice management systems
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA
- Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Behavioral health or women's health experience
- Familiarity with medical billing processes
- Spreadsheet, data entry and basic reporting skills
