Pre-Sales Engineer IQSIGHT (Fixed-term)

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-Sales and Business Development teams in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and sales documentation
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions
• Maintain and update CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial information
• Analyze customer requirements and match solutions to needs
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales performance summaries
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and webinars
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong interest in technology, business development, sales, or consulting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) is an advantage
• Additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
